Listing Duplicate Floors

This one is a quickie and comes courtesy of Bill McKenna - Say you have multiple identical floors of a building and you only want to Autolist is once but get separate stocklists for each floor.

You can list Floor One with color code “RED”

Use HydraLIST to do a save as to floor two or use Explorer to copy and rename the file to floor two.

Then use the WIZARD in HydraLIST to change the color code from “RED” to “BLUE”

Repeat for each typical floor

The same thinking can also be applied to multiple systems of the good ol' box warehouses as long as the systems are identical (or relatively similar).
