Changing Attributes Within a Block

Ever need to the layer of all the attributes inside a block?

Try:

MODIFY >  OBJECT > Attribute > Block Attribute Manager > select the block > EDIT >  Go to the PROPERTIES Tab >

Change the layer name > OK > APPLY
