In their endless quests to cut costs, Autodesk stopped sending media to subscription customers. Instead, you should have received a post card in the mail stating that you need to go to your Subscription Center and log in to download the install or request a DVD/CD. That post card should include your 2011 serial number.
But most have not, judging from the phone calls we get...
We have no way to get the media for you. The best we can do is find out what your serial number is. You can use that to create your login to the AutoCAD Subscription Center or to register the 2011 you can download as a trial from AutoCAD's website.
