Autodes does not ship DVDs of upgrades for customers on subscription, and we cannot get them for you. Instead, you need to request one from the Autodesk Subscription Center.
Once you get in, pick the Get Your Upgrade button in the middle of the page. Then pick Request a DVD/CD from the lower left sidebar menu, slect the version you want fufilled (type, quantity) and submit the form. I think it takes about 2 weeks to get the DVD.
Remember, you can always download the install and burn it to your own DVD.
